The black body source provides a very stable reference temperature which is measured by the thermal camera. This setup is used to correct the temperature reading of the thermal camera to get the highest measurement accuracy.

iPB40 is a small portable infrared temperature calibrator designed to calibrate thermal cameras for Fever Scanning applications. iPB40 as a standard heat source, will provide remarkably accurate temperature with excellent stability. The iPB40 blackbody can be easily installed on tripod, walls or ceiling (< 300g).
