Thermal Expert Imaging Camera Kits

The set contains the thermal imager, all cables, brackets and the software for real-time temperature measurement on a Windows 10 PC or laptop. The camera is connected to the PC via USB and displays the thermal image data on the computer screen. Functions such as: tracking of the minimum and maximum temperature in the image or alarm functions when a previously defined temperature is exceeded can be displayed in real time via the PC software. With the included height-adjustable tripod, the camera can be optimally positioned for the application. The raw thermal data can also be accessed via the API so you can integrate the camera into your own systems (e.g. for fever screening solutions, skin temperatur screening or e-health applications)

The set is available in 4 versions with different thermal resolutions: (select via drop down menu)

• M1_Basic set: 240x180 pixel image sensor, recommended for 1 - 2 meters distance to the measurement object, narrow field of view
• Q1_Standard set: 388x288 pixel image sensor, recommended for 1 - 2 meters distance to the measurement object, wide field of view (our recommendation)
• Q1_Plus set: 388x288 pixel image sensor, recommended for 2-4 meters distance to the measurement object, narrow field of view
• V1_Premium set: 640x480 pixel image sensor, recommended for 2-10 meters distance to the measurement object, high-resolution

The TE-PCB Inspection Kit is ideally suited for measurement during electronics development. Thermal problems can be detected in advance and resolved. High thermal sensor resolution of 384 x 288 pixel makes precise detection possible. The thermal imaging camera also helps to locate short circuits on the PCB and defective components when troubleshooting for PCB errors. Suitable for smaller circuit boards up to approx. 100 x 100 mm and detail shots eg. needed for smartphone repair. Overheated ICs, diodes, capacitors or inductors can be located quickly. The smartphone, tablet and PC support makes the thermal imager usable for almost any use case. It is well suited for engineers and developers to get started fast and also have the ability to access the raw thermal data throught the API if it is needed. The high upper measurement temperature of up to 350°C also makes this thermal camera ideal for assisting in the development of circuits with Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistors, Silicon Carbide (SiC) transistors or other high temperature semiconductors.
